Yes. When the final payment of your term is made, the water purifier is yours to keep at no further cost. There is no balloon payment and nothing else to settle.

You own the water purifier from the day it is installed. Installation is included, and servicing and cartridge replacements are included for 36 months.

We will contact you first to arrange it. If payments remain outstanding, York may pause cartridge deliveries until the account is brought up to date, and for a persistently unpaid account we may arrange collection of the water purifier. Ownership passes to you only once the term is paid in full.

Yes. Contact us and we will set out the settlement figure for your remaining term. You can either settle the balance and keep the water purifier, or arrange for it to be collected. Either way we will confirm the position in writing before anything happens.

Yes, on both options. On the Smart Water Purifier a York engineer fits each replacement cartridge. On the Alkaline Water Purifier the cartridges are sent to you by post to fit yourself; if you would rather an engineer fitted them, a visit can be booked and is charged per visit.

36 months on both water purifiers, on every plan and when bought outright. Cover applies when the system is installed and maintained by YORK-approved technicians. Filters are consumables and are excluded from warranty.

Relocating the water purifier to another room or address is treated as a new installation and reinstallation charges apply. If it is moved without proper reinstallation, warranty cover may be suspended until it is correctly refitted.
